$VAULT — Tokenomics & Meme Sheet
Vault Games · a token that may or may not power anything
DRAFT v1 · for entertainment only · you will almost certainly lose money
1 The model in one line
This is a meme coin. Free-to-play games may or may not exist. Staking $VAULT currently pays zero passive yield. Trading fees may or may not fund prizes or rewards. No wagering, no cash staked in any games.
🔄 Flywheel: meme → attention → people buy $VAULT → maybe some trading fees → maybe some prizes → more people notice the meme → repeat (or not). No promises.
2 Supply & fair launch
1,000,000,000
Total supply ($VAULT)
Fair launch
Bonding curve, no insider pre-sale
0%
Pre-mine · reserved · team bag
Fair launch (bonding curve) — 100% on the curve, no pre-mine100% · 1B
No pre-mine, no reserved bag. The entire supply launches on the bonding curve — the team (and everyone) buys from the same curve. Any "team" tokens are just the team's own on-curve buys (e.g. a small launch buy). Community rewards/airdrops, if they ever happen, would come from fee income (using SOL fees to buy $VAULT to hand out) — not a pre-mined allocation. Nobody is entitled to anything. No rewards promised or guaranteed.
Trust posture: no insider allocation — the team buys on the open curve like everyone else, so there's no reserved bag to dump on you. The team's potential income comes from the fee vault (if activated).
3 Launch mechanics
Launched via the Emblem Launchpad using a Meteora bonding curve. If the curve graduates, it may move into a Meteora DAMM v2 DEX pool, with a separate Emblem fee-sharing vault available.
4 Fee model & split
IF people trade, each trade might pay a ~1% fee (in SOL) into a fee vault. IF that happens, the split might look like this — locked once at launch, in basis points (10,000 = 100%). Or it might not. It's a meme:
| Recipient | Share | Purpose |
| Team | 40% (4000 bps) | Team revenue, in SOL |
| Community | 60% (6000 bps) | Discretionary pool — prizes, rewards, airdrops, buybacks (maybe) |
| Total | 100% | |
Vibes, not guarantees. Whether any prizes or rewards actually happen is not promised — it depends on trading, the meme, and whether anyone feels like it. No expectations.
5 Staking — lock tiers
If staking is enabled, longer locks may provide higher weight for gameplay boosts and possible tournament access. Staking pays ZERO passive yield. It is intended as a gameplay lever only — not an income stream. Do not lock tokens expecting financial returns.
- Lock durations and any multipliers (if implemented) will be published at a future time.
- Early exits, if allowed, may carry a penalty that is directed toward community or tournament pools.
- No lock benefits, tournament access, or rewards are guaranteed.
6 Rewards & tournament
Play-to-earn (maybe): playing games might earn points → maybe claimable $VAULT, if the rewards pool exists and has anything in it. Never a wager. No promises it's worth anything.
🏆 Launch tournament (if it happens): FREE entry, maybe gated by locking some $VAULT (a qualifier, not a wager). Same-seed board = fair. Prize pool maybe seeded in SOL — or maybe not. It's a meme; tournaments may or may not appear.
♟️ Skill games — future maybe: skill-based games (like chess) may, in the future and where legally permitted, offer optional paid-entry tournaments (skill contests, not wagers). Chance-based games (like Mines) stay free-to-play. Nothing here is a commitment.
7 The "legal" bit
- Free-to-play, no wagering — it's a game, not gambling.
- No promise of profit — we never tell you you'll make money (you probably won't).
- Not an investment contract — you're buying a meme, not a security.
$VAULT is a meme coin for entertainment. It is NOT an investment, NOT a security, and NOT a promise of anything. Nobody owes you games, prizes, fees, or returns. Staking pays zero passive yield. Buy it because you enjoy the meme — or don't buy it at all. You will probably lose money. Nothing here is financial or legal advice. DYOR.
